Having made a new installation of pf 9.03, - in the error log immediately appeared 11 errors. Before installation, I removed from infusions, add-ons that I do not use. Errors associated with addons which I do not have: articles, downloads, blog. Previously, such errors were not. Other remote addons did not cause errors: faq, forum, gallery, shoutbox. Check. All errors in C: \ xampp \ htdocs \ testpf903 \ infusions \ home_panel \ home_panel.php

Yesterday - 02.06.2018 I also made a new installation of pf 9.03 on the local PC localhost.
1 / U infusions I put everywhere CHMOD 777, so the problem was not
2 / The Web appears only in Botstrape
3 / We can not set anything because we can not get into Adminpanel. It says: WARNING: Invalid Admin Panel Theme.
4 / PHP is: var / lib / php / modules / 7.0
5/ The folders and files usually have 666 or 664 chunks, so logically, we will not all do it ???

Error removed, sorry. It works.
There were no good choices on localhost (0777). Now the site is running.

Updated files with github. Now errors appear after I go to Content Admin: Images. Errors refer to photos of the Blog and Articles, there are 7 of them. The type of error is:
